I am not a clown but I have a suggestion for FLECK. Will he buy a stock with a PE of 5,trading at 50% discount to book value(cash,land in Belize,real estate purchased many years ago in Calgary),managing parking lots in Hong Kong(recession resistant business)and who was recently awarded $60 Million in Court(this is under appeal)? Cash as of December 31,2000 was $10,834,000. Market cap as of yesterday was ~$11,055,000. Latest financial results were just released sedar.com The company's web site is cmlglobal.com Technically the stock is slowly emerging from a long term base with a recent pickup in volume.
