scott...."different downturn" on the surface it appears that way, but i look at it more in relative terms....any pullback in the economy will still keep its levels above the prior cycle top....too much emphasis being placed on the swift tech downturn, many businesses were slowing much earlier then tech.....reduction of rates is an incentive for capital spending and investment.......as far as the market, it will rebound, always has, always will...the question is when and what will lead...
