my point on NQ "net" is that is should be a relatively easy fix. maybe I just can't seem to fathom why NQ is different... (than ES or any other ticker or index). the fact that this seemingly simple problem has been pushed back, and that RT option quotes have been promised forever, and that qc refuses to put a hold on new accts, etc. just compounds the feeling that there is no one at home who is serious about this operation. up to this past week, I have had relatively few problems connecting to servers. had to switch servers manually twice this week... prior to this I'd probably only had to do it a handful of times in the last year--quite tolerable. but as problems continue to mount, it takes it toll.
