Hi Jean and Lou. Glad to see you are still here. UP (UPL) is looking very good. Cash flow on a forward basis (Q4 X 4)is $.56 per common share - diluted, which by itself is pretty good. The plans for 2001 appear agressive but based on recent performance may be attainable.

Regards,
Bob

Good to see that many of the "old-timers" of UP are still around. Am wondering what others think the chances are that UP will become a mature company, or will it be snapped up by a bigger company while the stock price is still low?

Regards,

Debra
