Pink sheets SEC filing link for SIEN pulls up SIEN filings. pinksheets.com FreeEDGAR filing search on SIEN brings up this: note the dual symbols. SIENA HOLDINGS INC ADD Ticker: LFCR Exchange: Over the Counter Bulletin Board Ticker: SIEN Exchange: Over the Counter Bulletin Board VIEW FILINGS SIC Code: 6162 freedgar.com I sold at a loss after figuring, due to this in the 10Q, that to get a real value for the company, one should probably add LFCR and SIEN caps together: "The accompanying unaudited consolidated financial statements include the accounts of Siena Holdings, Inc. ("SHI"), formerly Lomas Financial Corporation ("LFC"), and its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Company"). SHI's wholly-owned, principal subsidiaries are Siena Housing Management Corp. and LLG Lands, Inc. Prior to October 1, 1996, SHI's wholly-owned principal subsidiary was Lomas Mortgage USA, Inc.
