Heinz, why do you think gold will move let say to $400 or $500 during the next 3 to 6 months?

IMHO gold is not perceived as money any more and if it would forget about financial assets ......... your puts or gold shares will not be delivered to you any way, or if so they will be just worthless pieces of paper IMHO as nobody will honor them.

Just remember you have a piece of paper from your bank with a number telling you how much money you have your grocer passes a piece of plastic trough a reader and you get your food, you write on a piece of paper a number (a check) and you get your car ........ it is all symbolic even fiat money is marginal now ........ it is all perception on pieces of worthless paper with a number on them.

Frankly, I'm not so sure. If on the rare chance we did have a big jolt, I would clear things out and get hard cash in my hands ASAP, like by the end of biz day. I suspect there will be a recision on the shorts. -ng-
