I guess "nobody seemed to notice" therefor it was not looked at with the scrutiny of the current situation. I am not claiming that an injustice has never been done regarding presidential pardons, but bringing up all these past issues to justify Clinton's current predicament is ridiculous. The best explanation as to why there has not been this level of scrutiny is that there has not been this outrageous of a case. The threshold of "bad judgement" was passed by your buddy Bill.
