Since George Bush hasn't even submitted a budget to Congress, then only the Clintonistas are responsible for the budget going in to the red.

Once again you're wrong.

While Reagan had the highest growth with $1.78 trillion, Clinton was second with $1.537 trillion followed by Bush, Carter and Ford. Can't you even read your own posts?
