I find it incredible how Billy's picks keep hitting all time lows! Maybe because his picks never seem to make a profit!
>NEW YORK, March 1 (Reuters) - Prudential Securities analyst Michael Turits started coverage of Internet company Akamai Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:AKAM) with a hold rating on Thursday.

In a report, he set a 12-month price target of $19 on the stock. Akamai speeds the delivery of Web pages and live events on the Internet.

"We believe near-term upside could be limited, given risks including dot-com customer loss, slowing IT (information technology) spending, pricing pressure from new entrants, and future capital raises," Turits said.

Shares in Akamai were off 15/16 in early trading to $16, a 12-month low. The stock is down from a 12-month high of $305-15/16.
