1st Miracle Group Retains the Steel Company as Strategic Advisors

The Steel Company Will Advise 1st Miracle on Development, Production And Distribution Deals Within the Motion Picture Industry on a Worldwide Basis

LOS ANGELES, April 9 /PRNewswire/ -- 1st Miracle Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MVEE), a film production and distribution company, announced today that it has retained "The Steel Company", a leading representative of film distributors and media companies worldwide, as strategic advisors on production, distribution and acquisition deals within the motion picture industry.

The Steel Company has had agreements with leading film distributors and media companies for over twenty years. The roster of companies include StudioCanal the European media giant that recently acquired Universal Studios with their parent company, Vivendi. The Steel Company also is under contract with VCL Film & Medien AG (GR: VFM), a newly public German distribution company that is financing the next three Woody Allen films with Dreamworks (including "The Curse of the Jade Scorpion" starring Helen Hunt and Charlize Theron to be release in May 2001) and the next ten American Zoetrope (Francis Ford Coppola's production company) films with MGM. The Steel Company specializes in structuring these types of deals and will do the same for 1st Miracle Group. Aside from these companies, The Steel Company represents more than twenty international film distributors that cover every major foreign territory and most minor territories as well.

1st Miracle Group will work with Gordon Steel, President and Patrick Aluise, Executive Vice President of The Steel Company, to develop current film projects at Miracle as well as future projects, to structure worldwide distribution deals, isolate independent and studio projects for development and production, as well as secure additional equity financing from both domestic and foreign sources. The Steel Company's extensive experience within the industry should allow Miracle the opportunity to participate in more high quality film projects and close more financially advantageous deals.

"1st Miracle Group has great potential and we are very pleased to be able to work on the company's behalf. Clearly 1st Miracle has turned the corner and has a very bright future. Miracle's addition of former Miramax exec. Jason Zelin as President and COO of its subsidiary Miracle Entertainment, as well as the company's role as one of the financing partners in the production of 'The Devil and Daniel Webster' starring Alec Baldwin, Anthony Hopkins and Jennifer Love Hewitt certainly take 1st Miracle to a new level. This is an excellent picture for Miracle and will be very beneficial when it comes to closing similar deals in the future especially with Jason Zelin on board," said Patrick J. Aluise, Executive Vice President of The Steel Company.
