Well thanks for the compliment! I've always known where my salary comes from. In point of fact, the agency I work for was at one time proud that it brought in more dollars to the federal treasury than it spent. I was proud of the fact that my contributions could have helped that happen in perpetutity. That is no longer so, but I will not get into the reasons why. My father was always self-employed except from 1938-1946 when he was employed by the Marine Corps. My father-in-law always worked for wages, except from 1941-1943 when he was employed by the 8th Air Force and from 1943-1945 when he was employed by Stalag 17.
