Hi KP,

Well I will try to make a long story short. I will have to wait for my phone bill to find out just how long I talked to him but, here is the essence of what I got out of it. Now I will give the company credit. An credit is due. Jon was reluctant in the beginning but once I explained to him that I was in the business he opened up.

SO I WANT TO MAKE THIS PERFECTLY CLEAR TO YOU AN EVERYONE ELSE. "JON WAS HONEST AN THAT IS WHAT WOULD MAKE ME RECONSIDER GETTING BACK IN". This is my statement. Not his. I told him that I wanted to give me information that I could pass onto the board. I told him that I would if anyone asked an you asked so I will pass it on at this time.

Here is what I said to Jon. My feelings where that the company was not shareholder friendly, an he agreed. He said that the company was working on it an hired a company to change that.

I said to him that I thought that the company was a principle own company an that is all they really cared about an not the shareholder. He agreed in a round about way.

I said to him that the company only went public an is using the shareholders to shore up the price. In so many words he agreed with me. But now he also told me that the next SEC filing would back it up. Told him that I haven't read it yet.

I also asked him an he did give me an honest answer an that is what made me say to him that I would reconsider is that when I asked him if this company meeting was due to a requirement an not a willing thing an he told me yes.

So for now, I would reconsider only an only when they can put the shareholder first an not the principles. Give the shareholders some voting rights.

Now let me underline this whole scenerio. You can be a shareholder an follow the company principles an just go along with what they do with no real imput, or you can wait, or get out. Myself. The stock will go no where regardless how much money they make without some sort of promotion. Now Jon did tell me that they where going to do that but, they do have a problem. Like I said to Jon, they are cyclical.

Hope this answers your questions?

Ron
