RE: Stupid....

Yep, unfortunately there's a stupid streak in all of us but I bet mine is bigger than yours! ggg

Well I been doin da books - drum roll pls - YTD +36%, but the best part, a new experiment I am trying, I have had no, zero, nada, loosing trades this year - so far!

When I did the books for last year, the common thread was a lot of loosing trades. One could speculate that if you throw enough shit against the wall, some will stick. Well this year I will try to dramatically reduce the "red trade rate" RTR, and see if I get better or worse rates. The major difference that I see so far is that the absolute requirement for an unbending discipline has been replaced with an unbending requirement for patience. Wait for the right trade to be ready! Then execute it! In other words put the irrational exuberance and the "puppy trades" on the back burner, sit back and relax and WAIT!

At the end of March I will go back and compare this period last year with this year for the RTR, ROI, the Malox bill, and as MG so astutely observed, the intensity factor. I may not do the 300% this year, but the $/ulcer ratio may be better also. ggg

Ok, back to work, some bozo filled my garden full of leaves... gggg
