Haim, i don't expect fiat money to end anytime soon...more realistic is imo to expect that the world's CB's will change the weighting of their reserves away from being overweight the dollar to equal dollar/euro/yen/gold weightings. BUT...that really depends on whether the fiat system doesn't suffer a fundamental crisis...the possibility clearly exists, as the world's CB's are once again trying to outprint a crisis.
besides, what's wrong with HONEST money? we haven't had such for a long time, so we've forgotten what it feels like...
