There is an increasing chance, imo, that the tech decline will continue to an extent beyond most people's perception, even from the present vantage point. And that it might take YEARS for many of these companies to regain part of their former luster. In the meantime, there are entire other sectors that are doing quite well, thank you, while investors hold onto sinking techs.
Then again, Sir John Templeton has always said: "But at the point of greatest pessimism, and sell at the point of greatest optimisim"
