Hi Razor.
The sell off at the end of 2000 created a lot of trading opportunities to buy the Jan bounce. Many have reverted back to their downward trend however. Time will tell on those that have found a bottom. It will depend on fundamentals however.
On a side note, read today about the flight from tech orientated mutual funds (Janus etc.....). With widely held techs it may take more than just fundamentals, it will take a stable or growing interest on the part of mutual fund holders to want to put more dough into the tech sector.
From a money flow standpoint small cap value has done the best.
Regards,
Mad2
