In terms of result, it is easy for a customer to postpone a buy for just one month, and then they will be booking the expense already in the next quarter. That would make the customer's earning look better, and Siebel's earning look
worse.
The vendors who sell big ticket items, and whose sales are concentrated towards the end of the quarter usually are particularly vulnerable to that deferment.

I believe that is exactly what is happening right now as Mr. market does not believe companies such as Itwo,Sebl,Ntap and their current guidance. The attitude is if Csco,Orcl,Intc can miss the rest are also going to miss.

Either way I believe they are at superb value here especially sebl.
