There has been a lot spoken lately as to what AG should do to save the markets. Personally, I don't think he is foolish enough to cut rates at this time and risk having the market crash after the 3rd cut. I think he is going to wait until the market is at a lower level. And if this has not happened by March 20th, he may not cut then either. JMHO
