The nice thing going for CORV besides all the points you mentioned last night is the "mystery" and the fact Corvis isnt currently faced with being shun by many individuals and institutions/funds to the same degree that your older generation and highly visible companies like CSCO, LU, NT, etc.....and that these companies are at a crossroads in that do they deploy more funds for R&D, manufacturing, or purchase of private and public companies like Corvis to get in the game faster. Cisco has already spoken that they are not on a spending spree any more becuase of the current market. So, I guess if this optical network IS the future then I would be betting on a Corvis rather than a NT or CSCO.

Heck, I dont know. I'm liking what I have found about CORV. Just not sure if we are at a bottom yet but it doesnt hurt to avg in long.

Tom,

Hope you dont mind all these questions, but have you looked at ELNK at all? I have a SI friend who is very insistent on holding the stock for takeover purpose. It is the 2nd leading ISP <behind AOL/Time Warner> and seems to hold the 9 to 10 area very strongly. They also have $600,000 plus in cash and no debt. Am thinking about re-entering for the long term as I feel a long term port at this point would be something to establish for when the market does turn.
