Hi GZ, Thanks. Hey - Jan and I are coming to Orlando for a NADA 20 group meeting during the time period of April 7 thru April 13th. Her mother is coming down to join us and we will visit a property around Ocala. Her parents bought it long ago. Jan and I checked it out years ago and decided it was ocean front property in Arizona. Her dad ( no longer with us) bought it sight unseen and paid for it 40 years ago.It is in the middle of palm bushes and palmettos. I thought it might make a good place to build a garage and store a boat in it - so I could go fishing in the gulf.I am not very familiar with Florida but it looked like Yankeetown was a pretty good place to do some redfishing and whatever other species survive the beautiful waters. Wondering if you want to show me the beach you work on in between market cycles? I'm buying a beer/wine or whatever else.Now how can you refuse that.Think about it and P-mail me. Bob Too bad Hueb can't show up and we could probably hold a boxing match in the sand.HEHEHEHE
