RDRT: Did the same at 8 1/16.. All of the talking heads and the press seem to think that the NAZ is near a bottom. The majority of large cap stocks paid no attention to ORCL and SBC. The NAZ held 2100........they were yelling broke 2140, but that is cutting it way too thin.

Gold contracts fell below 270 which sold down gold stocks.

I don't think anyone wants to hold a long or short very long anymore. Perhaps that is why the market is swinging more and more violently each day. I'm beginning to believe you can buy DELL at any price and make money each day as it swings 1 to 2 points each way. LOL

Everyone has to have an .08 dream stock. I had one a couple of years ago that did me very nicely in just over a year. Presently, I hold one that KZAP recommended. (AWSS) Could be a 1 to 2 year hold, but what the heck. LOL

Scott:

If you are interested in a small stock that looks to have some upside potential, I just rec. a newsletter alert on this one. finance.yahoo.com

I have not done any research on the stock at all. The letter said that it is trading under book and 4 to 5 times cash. Looks like they are getting some new financing too.

FANT: Foegetttabooudit!

Too risky. Some things to like about the stock. Restructuring, moving management around and buying back debt.

Some things not too like about the stock. Terms of the restructure, one of the management moves is a 28 year old with "extensive" experience in finance. Too much debt to buy back with lower cash flow, higher losses on some creative bookkeeping regarding increased rev's.
