The FCC 3G Spectrum Initiative Comment filing date was Feb 22nd. Below are the dates the FCC had and has for its completion: March 9 - Reply Deadline by current/new filers March 31 - FCC & NTIA issue Final Spectrum Reports March 1-June 15 Industry Info Exchange Meetings NTIA/FCC meet on final R&O July 30 - FCC isses allocation selection order and FNPRM on service and auction rules Dec. 15 - FCC issues service and auction rules June 15 '02 - FCC conducts auction Sept 30 '02 - FCC issues licenses In other words, the FCC to date has been on schedule and has not pushed anything back 30 days.
