My favorite tweaker..Xteq...

I've heard a ton of good things said about this package. And it's a good thing people are happy with it, because it's a bear to un-install. It leaves little bits spread all over your disk and registry. Not that they are harmful, but then again, dust bunnies aren't dangerous either, but I still try to reduce their number. (At least where guests can see.)
