Yes, Steven Kaplan, a man who defended Zitel to the bitter end. I'm sure he was bitterly disappointed when the Y2K apocalypse failed to materialize, along with his dreams of Zitel "mobile code factories" coming to the rescue.

Stevie was so deep into this garbage that he actually registered the "www.matridigm-keane.com" domain and then used phony aliases on Yahoo to spread the lie that Keane ( a legitimate consulting company) was getting into bed with Matridigm (Matridigm was the Cobol "code conversion" company Zitel had a stake in - and the method Zitel used to fraudulently pump its stock...leading to losses in the multi-millions for gullible investors).

Maybe someone would like to ask him how he feels now after missing a nasty brush with the SEC by millimeters:
