XrayMan, I don't think this affects JMAR's GaAs program. And I believe that JMAR has contacts with the resist and mask makers. I will try and check into this though. I think some of this is old news that we discussed on Raging Bull, that several have abandoned synchrotron based x-ray. Have you read the article by H. Smith on X-ray dominating the lithography market? I think that this hoopla about x-ray is about synchrotron, not point source based x-ray.
