Sebl's results this Q will be interesting:

1. The stock market is in a panic, but are decision-makers in the real-world in a panic? Oracle seems to think so. The company said numerous potential customers are delaying their purchases of both its dominant database software and its upstart business-application package. It expected these deals to be solid up until the last few days of February. This doesn't make sense to me. When a company takes months deciding to make a major investment in business software, it doesn't simply change its mind because the stock market goes in the toilet. Sebl's Q1 will be an indication of whether or not corp decision-makers are in a panic.

2. Sebl's salesforce uses it's own SFA product - how good is this deployment? Sebl should know its sales pipeline better than any company in the world. In January, Tom & co couldn't have been more bullish on Q1. If business has *really* fallen off of a cliff, then they should know it now and warn accordingly. For now, silence is golden.
