Scumbria Re..I'm a lot more inclined to believe that Clinton gave pardons for sex, than pardons for money. That sounds a lot more like his style.<<<<<<

Sure, but I don't think it was solely sex either. They were friends, before the sex, plus Rich was a generous donor, who could have shoveled; if you believe Barok and the other testimonials;a lot of money into the dem. party if Rich was a citizen, and it was this potential future investment which would have given Bill power in the dem. party, and helped Hillary in her quest in 2004. That is why Bill wanted Rich to regain his citizenship. I think that is what it was all about. Bill wanted to retain his power in the party, after the presidency, and Rich could have helped in that regard; and Rich in return; by putting out bribes to the politicians; could have increased his power in the US; but to do that, Rich needed his citizenship. Same with Vignoli. By letting Vignoli's son out, Bill would have increased his influence in CA democratic party, a key state for Hillary in any attempt for a 2004 presidential nomination..
