Very interesting observation from Richard Russell on the stubborness of investors in staying in stocks: Everybody, it seems, is "in it for the long term." Well, maybe the bear is too. Has anyone thought of that?. LOL!

LOL, but that all is that is needed! Look, you should work for the most conservative think tanks... your above remarks are EXACTLY why the Feds should let the states fend for themselves. So, I see you have changed your mind. States ARE near incompetent to handle social welfare problems on their own and need TL and EV from the feds contrary to what you believed you say? But, while states are busy learning their collective lesson who really suffers?
