I am watching a few set ups. I will post if I enter positions based on the C&H set up. I will use a tight stop out if I do this. I'm not sure a whole index can C&H, though a bullish upswing would most definately be an important criteria. The nature of the C&H is to identify a market leader during a bull move (at least that is my interpretation). I believe that no more than 1 to 2% of stocks are capable of such a pattern during a given bull move. So, you can see why I doubt that an entire index could put in such a pattern.
