I didn't claim that Info Space accessed YOUR private messages to obtain the alleged communique. I do think that members of this forum might be outraged if they knew more about the machinations that have taken place behind the scenes between agent(s) of Silicon Investor and some of the members of this site. Of course, now I will probably be terminated for revealing even a glimmer of what is happening and my posts will be deleted. Yes, message boards can be held liable for content and conduct on their site depending on the TOTALITY OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES. I have given you the parameters to ask your questions. Your choice as to whether you want to comply with my terms.
