I hate picking stocks for people so I will just post all the ones I watch. Note the ones near the top have the highest yields while others have lower yields but may have a niche in certain areas or are possible candidates for aquisitions etc.

Also some of these are trusts that get special tax incentives. These are a bit complicated so do your own DD but basically the government will actually pay you for holding some of these stocks/trusts in the way of a tax credit since they are viewed as a wasting asset as oil or gas in the ground is depleted.

As with any stock, homework is required to see who is strong and who has lowest costs, the most efficiency etc.
