If SI Bob was smart he would make no comments whatsoever about anything to do with Info Space or Silicon Investor. Not only do you have a message board but you also have a message board that deals in the discussion of trading stocks. It has always been flatly denied that they access private messages of members. Just for illustrative purposes let us say that a site did access private messages. Would it be in the best interest of a fired employee to admit it? I don't think so. I have no knowledge as to whether agents of Info Space are in the habit of reading private messages of it's private members. In fact, someone I know has been told that it would require permission of the party involved to access the message. Though, a subpoena might do the trick.
