Hello all, I always read this thread and now and then contribute, what an informative lot.

Did something really stupid yesterday and will be using mirror images from now on.

Was cleaning up unused programs using uninstall if available and cleaning out old folders. Remember one message coming up saying deletion could cause problems to other programs. I know I looked closely, it was a simple program and I got rid of it.

Now my uninstall list is empty. Nothing!!!

I couldn't remember the program with the warning message, used Nortons to recover everything I had deleted that day and still nothing. I am stumped. Any suggestions?

Kerry
