Systmark 2000 does OK with 128 meg of RAM, but it does appear that moving from 128 to 256 meg adds 2 to the score.
Given the example of 600 and 800 MHZ parts, one would expect the FSB100 machine to score 5 points lower than the 133FSB machine. But, evidently due to the additional RAM, it scored only 3 points lower instead of the expected 5.
