Paul, I have never maintained any other stance for Dell, than that they have a good model and they stick to it. The others try to act like general bullmoose and make the markets do what they want. markets are not like that. Dell has looked for a good model and sticks to it. CPQ, GTW, IBM hav excess baggage. they need to dump it or die. If they all plated the dell game we would have a closer race. IBM, CPQ would need to trim a lot of fat. GTW is lean already, all he needs to do is have a few fires so he has no retail ops left. Bill
