Thanks for the table. Yes it's amazing, M3 has grown by 75% since Jan 1995 but we shouldn't worry about inflation because only real estate and stocks have been affected. The "core" rate of consumer inflation (aka inflation less inflation) has not been affected, well not until lately, not much. sigh.

Stagflation, here we go again.
