I notice the $CYC has been moving up. It's hysterical, and not in the funny way. There is no economic justification here and now, just as those who argued the same in 1999/2000 on the way up.<< Bill their's just no investor confidence and i think investors should stay out until sentiment changes. Near term probably next week a trading rally is due, but i would not get emotional about it, sell the peaks, until sentiment changes. I agree it's hysterical!
