I think we're in a cyclical bear market within a secular (since 1982) bull market driven by disinflation and hence low long-term rates. I agree. I suppose it would be nice to know how long the down cycle will last but patience should win out. I mention on the Amazon thread I was placing cash in my regular account to have some on the sidelines to buy the stock of the firms in which I believe in the most. I will not commit until I believe there is a bottom which could be now but I would rather miss a few points moving up then move in during the downward momentum. Thanks. Accepted. :-)))))
