if you have any proof of rape send it to Ken Starr, he couldn't seem to find any

I guess it depends on what you consider evidence. Women are supposed to be believed but apparently only when conservatives are being accused. Perhaps Jim was trying to draw some contrast between NOW's candlelight vigils of weeping women chanting "we believe you Anita, we believe you" when a conservative was accused of the unspeakable act of mentioning a pubic hair on a coke can, and the stampede for the door when their hero was accused of rape/sexual assult/sexual harrassment you fill in the blank, etc etc. I mean rape isn't really all that bad. I mean it's not like he mentioned a pubic hair or something. Why should NOW make a big deal about it?

The whole thing served a valuable purpose. NOW will never be taken seriously again.
