LOL, just because its down doesn't mean you can't make some money while it bounces around and makes 100-200% gains from its lows every several weeks. Sure, part of my position is stuck in the low teens, but I bought all the way down to the lows,and continue to trade the lower end positions on the pops. It continually lowers my overall cost basis and builds higher gains if the stock ever reaches 7 or higher (at this point), which is not unreasonable. What goes down, does go up, if the company can survive. If your not in it, you're not going to win it. COVAD is no NPNTQ.

What makes you think Billy went back to the well? He might have told his new economy investors that he did.
