Diamond Jim, <<<"giving money back to the top 1% does not help the economy whatsoever"

So what!, Should anyone be taxed 40% by the federal government?
>>>

I agree. Life is sometimes unfair, but the top 1% wealthiest people in the wealthiest country on the planet does not need you or me to defend them. I think they can take care of themselves.

It's not like we are trying to take away some more of their wealth. We are talking about giving back a little less to whom many consider to be obscenely wealthy (eg, Donald Trump, Bill Gates, Paul Allen, Larry Ellison, Mark Cuban, Larry Flint, Leona Helmsly, Alex Rodriquez, Mike Tyson, Gary Sheffield, the big hurt, Scumbria, et al).

Remember what Leona Helmsly once told her maid. The truly rich have ways not to pay taxes. Only poor people pay taxes.

Believe it or not, there are people more in need of help to level the playing field than the 1% wealthiest in this country.
