It looks like you got it all figured out. Thanks for the effort. I don't have a WSJ subscription, so I won't be checking it out online there. I did find it in Barrons this evening. Datek only charges the Broker call rate for margin between $100,000 and $250,000, and Broker Call Rate minus 0.25% for $250,000 to $1 million. With the Broker Call Rate at 7.25%, and the 30 year fixed rate home mortgage at 7.03%, it opens up some interesting possibilities.
