Last Post tonight, now off to the Sopranos
Robert,
The democrats are in disarray. Their leader is bum. Gephardt drives around the country in his Lexus with an old muffler in his trunk. Tom Daschle looks to be on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Clinton is now without clothes. Slick Hilly is as despicable as her spouse. Watch Bush start to make inroads in the minority communities. GW has a chance to be a great leader. I voted for Gore but abandoned ship when I saw the true AlGore during the Florida mess. Thank God Bush won. He is a decent man and although I dont/wont always agree with him I am confident he will do a good job. Mike

Was there any improvement in test scores or education in general under Clinton's watch? NO!

Not really a good question. Has there been any improvement in test scores regardless of who was president?

Texas the home of GWB had one of the poorest records in test scores of any state. I wouldn't hold it against Bush because test scores are going down nation wide in spite of the massive amounts of money thrown at the problem.

For young folks today, life is full of distractions and this makes getting a good education very difficult. But in spite of all this we are producing a record number of scientists and scholars. A real contradiction.
