I think I remember reading somewhere that Goldman's and MS's money, or else their clients', is tied up in LoudCloud from venture financing rounds and they desperately need an exit. The only other reason I can think of for them to bring it public is for the same reason that one climbs a mountain: Because it is there.

I beg to differ. There is no way LDCL is going to trade
under 5 in short term. People on this board simply made too
much out of that 6M revenue number. Remeber they have
signed up $120M orders already in the next 1 year and 8
months. I would not be surprised to see LDCL coming out
with $10M in revenue in upcoming Q1 alone.

I am not saying LDCL will fly or anything, but as long as
LDCL could keep up the growth rate, stock should
at least settle down around the IPO price.
