Foster Wheeler (FWC) responded nicely to Washington National's (WNG) financial bombshell by moving up 13% Friday. If WNG really does go into bankruptcy it will be very difficult for them to win new contracts and FWC (and Fluor Danials -FLR)among other should profit. There may be more upside to FWC and FLR. WNG (via their Westingouse subsidiary)has a lot of DOE contracts managing the country's nuclear waste - DOE won't be happy with a contractor unable to manage their own finances.
