*OT* >>How is late winter shaping up in the high plains?<<

Today was beautiful. I did yard work all day and am just now coming in because it is a cold 52 degrees as the sun is setting. <gg> The ground was perfect for tilling. I am starting to get my garden prepared for later and I also started digging the pond the wife has been asking for for the last year. ( No way was I going to try it late summer at 110 degrees.) My daffodils are already up but haven't bloomed yet and my tulips and crocus are also up. Just had to mention it and rub it in a little since I know the North East is hunkering down for the blizzard. <gggggggggggg> I lived 4 miles from the Canadian border for 7 years in Limestone Maine so I served my sentence. Never again! We used to get 3-4 feet a night and the snow mobile trails were the primary means of transportation although the roads were actually kept in good shape since they had more snowplows and giant snow blowers than they had cars on the road.

Asia not looking bad and futures are holding steady. Can we really not continue Fridays drop on the open? PPT must be putting in over time.

Good Luck,

Lee
