Hmm, I don't know. My guess is everything there must be going up if homes are. It's still a great city IMO. I always have fun there, and the weather and views are great by me.

How about the SOMA condo market?

I'd like to see what you get for $1,000!

William, bay area real estate prices are holding up very well, though slightly (1%?) off their highs. marin county still leads with median housing prices over 600k, san mateo next, then santa clara, then sf i believe, all in the 500+k range. sorry i don't have the recent article. will post the next one when i see it.....
