However, you can facilitate the process by stating whether ALL of your private messages made as an agent of Silicon Investor are available for access by Info Space or to any one using subpoena power. it isn't his job to help facilitate any legal process. your posts are having the effect of calling into question someone's integrity. If there is something to what you have implied, it will come out via the appropriate channels, but if there is nothing to what you have implied, are you going to come back and say "oops, I'm sorry, I made a mistake, Bob really is on the up-n-up"? I think that these attacks via innuendo and implication are cheap. It ain't right when people are doing it to you with the VC accusations and it isn't right when you are doing it to Bob. I would like to see you either publish the info that you have so that he can defend himself or to let the issue be handled by more appropriate avenues. JXM
