Intel is known for encouraging companies to build products that will never ship in any significant quantity. It is useful to have your enemies resources committed to a useless development effort.

Then again, maybe Rambus still collects some on DDR UNLESS...JEDEC can somehow work around Rambus' wouldbe claims on DDR...I yield to the technical folks on that. Jim
