I wasn't sure what it was called, but I knew it returned the computer back to *out of the box* condition, and yes, less any new programs you installed once you received it.

Glad I sent that Dell 800 back to them in July. Major problems with it, and they didn't have updated drivers for the problem I was having. Intel had them, but said wait until Dell has them on their web site.

I said, frick it and sent the computer back. Now for the same dollars, I can get a P4 1.5 that it was going to cost me for a P3 800 RDRAM system.

That P4 will come in great for video editing.
